Our chef has experience as a nutritionist & a macrobiotic cooking instructor. 

Combining both experiences, she pays careful attention to diversity of taste and color in a meal, which goes beyond macrobiotic.

Cooking with care & love

We prepare each dish lovingly. We spend time and effort. So, our bento is limited to 20 meals a day. 

Unique cooking methods

We cook with macrobiotic cooking methods, Yin & Yang. When you balance the yin and yang of food, the food becomes more delicious & effective for health.

Well experienced

We have been macrobiotic-vegan for 40 years.  Fortunately, we have a close relationship with the two best macrobiotic teachers in Japan and have been taught privately. Their abilities and personalities were exceptional.


Latest macrobiotic theory

People's eating habits have changed, and so has their constitution. We provide food that responds to the changing constitution of modern people. The food that suits one's constitution tastes good & effective.

Macrobiotic recipes written in books were adapted to the constitution of decades ago, so they may not be suitable for modern people.

If you have ever eaten macrobiotic cuisine abroad, you will be surprised at the difference between them and ours.


Prices have reasons.

We use the best Japanese food not available overseas. They are really wonderful treasures created thanks to the efforts of many people over hundreds of years.

The ingredients we use are 3 to 5 times more expensive than regular ones. 

Thanks to these good ingredients, we can make delicious vegan dishes without using unnecessary seasonings such as sugar, too much spices, & chemical seasonings.

Not only does they cost you, they cost us too. However, we’d like you to experience how wonderful Japanese traditional food is, as you came all the way to Japan.


"Masterpieces"

Recently, we found some wonderful Nori. Its taste, flavor & texture were amazing!It was 6 times more expensive than Nori we usually buy.

40 times more expensive than Nori used at Conveyor belt sushi. 

The more expensive Nori is, the more delicious and nutritious. Nori has nutrition vegans tend to lack. 

When we ate it, we felt a delicate energy rose up in my head. we could see our surroundings clearly,

"450 yen per sheet....."

Why not? Only we can provide foreigners with the opportunity to eat such amazing food.

OurTofu is 4 times more expensive. It is made with traditional high skill, without food additives. 99.99% of Tofu is not of such quality. Even famous tofu spciality restaurants do not use such tofu.

It really is a rare chance for you to eat Japan's "masterpieces," 


Yin Yang knowledge helps everyone

Vegan cusine tend to be too Yin

Vegan cooking with no yin yang methods doesn't bring out the sweetness of vegetables, so they use a lot of spices to season them.  

Lack of sweetness makes the brain craves sugar. 

Yin, yin, yin combination makes the blood thinner and loosens the organs & cells.


Animal food

Eating animal food oxidizes the blood

If you eat animal food, you need to eat at least three times as much vegetables as animal food to restor the balance of Yin Yang.

Most people don't eat that much vegetables. The body then demands extremely yin food, such as tropical fruits, sugar, and alcohol.

Too much both extremely yin and yang is harmful to health

A little knowledge about Yin Yang  helps you stay healthy. You will be able to decide what is right for you without being swayed by various diet information emerging one after another.

Most health information is useful for people with one condition, but harmful for the other.

Yin Yang is not difficult. It is a precious heritage left by our ancestors. All your ancestors understood Yin Yang. Religious symbols represent Yin and Yang.
